Welcome to Ask Deizzy Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including consultations, appointment bookings, and payment transactions. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Ask Deizzy Consulting, LLC offers financial education, consultation services, and life insurance advisory. The scope of each service is discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. Please note that we do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

A. Booking:
Appointments can be booked via our online scheduling platform or by contacting us directly. Each booking is confirmed once payment is received.

B. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee or be denied at our discretion.

C. No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other payment options available on our website. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected services.

A. No Returns:
Due to the nature of our consulting services & products, no returns are allowed.

B. Refunds:
Refunds are not issued once a consultation, purchase or service has been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service due to exceptional circumstances, you may contact us within 7 days of the service date for consideration of alternative resolutions, which will be determined at our sole discretion.

To ensure a productive and effective consultation, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during the booking process and consultation.
• Being punctual for scheduled appointments.
• Reviewing all recommendations and materials provided during the service.

Ask Deizzy Consulting, LLC is not liable for:

• Any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided during consultations.
• Losses, damages, or claims arising from the misuse of our services or materials.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

All materials, content, and resources provided by Ask Deizzy Consulting, LLC are the intellectual property of the company. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using these materials for any purpose other than personal use without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
